Inspiring an intentional lifestyle of compassion and self-devotion
Embodied healing through trauma-informed yoga programs, holistic nature immersions and informed self-care.
intentional service. yoga. breath work. nature-based accommodation & retreats.
Working in refugee camps and experiencing the impacts of secondary trauma and compassion fatigue has brought a depth of compassion for myself as well as for others. Through my own lived experiences and exploring a depth of approaches and healing modalities, I am able to bring together integrated and transformational programs from a trauma-conscious lens.
My embodied yoga programs weave in tools and practices to support us to ground in present time while also exploring our response to stress, global events, and collective trauma.
I also co-facilitate trauma-informed trainings for aid workers and yoga teachers through The Yoga Mandala Project.
i offer tools for living an intentional life:
Embodied practice
My yoga offerings weave together a variety of embodied practices to support your journey, including:
Mindful movement
Breath practices (pranayama)
Meditation (dhyana)
Restorative rest
Yoga Nidra
Mantra
Himalayan Kriyas
Inner Exploration: my offerings provide opportunities to look within to our inner world to shine light on our lived experiences and how they may impact us today. This deep inquiry brings compassionate understanding and sustainable transformation.
Shared dialogue & learning: being heard and seen can also be such an integrative aspect of the healing journey. I prioritize space for sharing and group discussion in my offerings to allow you to be held by others, to enable you to give and receive, and to bring another layer of complexity to our own experience and perspective.
Seva (service)
I have been serving in the international humanitarian aid sector since 2016 and I believe seva (service) has the ability to bridge communities - offering us the medicine of connection which our society needs.
My volunteer-driven efforts through the Yoga Mandala Project aim to cultivate a community of care among refugees and those serving them around the world while providing tools to support mental-health through yoga, mindfulness and other embodied modalities such as tapping (EFT), TRE and creative expression.
I also have a passion for preparing yoga teachers to take their practice off that mat into community-based settings including refugee camps and community centers while honoring our vow to ahimsa and the ethical container yoga provides.

nature immersion
If being immersed in nature for months at a time (and now full-time at the ranch) has taught me anything, it is that nature has the power to heal.
We invite you to step away from the noises and distractions of city life and step into the stillness the mystical Northern Arizona mountains has to offer either at the destination of your choice or on our off-grid ranch.
Our dark desert sky is uninterrupted, dense juniper trees line the property and a gorgeous canyon view to top it off. No neighbors in site out on our 40 mystical acres.
We look forward to hosting healing-centered retreats at the ranch soon - stay tuned!

“Molly has taught me to notice the small things and how to act on them.”
—Lex, yoga teacher, USA
“Molly has helped me align my mental, spiritual, and physical health during this time of uncertainty. Like so many people, I have dealt with anxiety and depression and any other emotion that comes along with the circumstances we find ourselves in.
I just finished a yoga program that she personally developed for me (via live recorded videos custom tailored for me and my challenges). There is no one I would trust more to help me navigate through this chaotic time.
This amazing selfless humanitarian has worked in refugee camps in Greece for the last years. She has probably seen more suffering than I could ever imagine and is equipped to aid in healing amongst trauma.
Throughout our program I saw a drastic change in my overall well-being.”
